Indianapolis Fight Leads to Stabbing and Arrest of Mark Sanchez
Fox Sports analyst and former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez was arrested in Indianapolis on Oct. 4 after a late-night stabbing that left both him and another man injured.
Police say a verbal argument between two men near the Indiana Statehouse escalated into a physical altercation, resulting in lacerations to the other individual, who was treated and released.
Sanchez was charged with misdemeanor counts of battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, and public intoxication, and he was still hospitalized at the time of his arrest.
Sanchez had been in Indianapolis to broadcast the Colts vs. Raiders game, but Fox Sports confirmed Brady Quinn would replace him and asked for privacy regarding Sanchez’s condition.
